Our Favorite Fall Soup Recipes

You may not have noticed yet, or you may be in blissful denial, but the leaves have just begun to fall. And that means it’s finally soup season again! Soup season is long anticipated in our office. Whether it’s out at a restaurant, homemade, or from the lunch station at the grocery store, we can’t get enough! To help you get just as excited as we are, we wanted to share some of our favorite recipes to start you off, just six (trust me, we have way more if you need them). Let us know if you try any out!

Donna’s Favorites:

Donna’s main suggestion for all her selections is to just go out and order some soup so it arrives nice and hot with zero work! But sometimes it’s hard to drag yourself out on a rainy or blustery day when you just want to sit inside with a piping hot bowl of your favorite soup. So if you can muster up the effort to make some soup yourself, soup-er!

New England Clam Chowder

French Onion Soup

Rebecca’s Favorites:

If you’re a gluten free soul like Rebecca is, these are the soups for you! Not only that, but they are incredibly delicious. Rebecca is the in-house soup maker for office lunches. She makes double (sometimes triple batches) for us to all enjoy together. She just usually forgets any and all serving utensils. Don’t worry, we make it work!

Butternut Squash Soup

Potato Leek Soup

Lauren’s Favorites:

Always the first to suggest getting soup for lunch, Lauren could eat soup for every single meal. Even in the Summer, at least half of her lunches throughout the week are soup. But nothing feels more right than enjoying a mug full of warm soup on a cool Fall day…other than maybe a slice of pie, but we’ll get to that in a later month!

Beef Barley Stew

Tonkatsu Ramen
